You must NOT use the Private Messaging (PM) system to send material considered to be:

• false
• Spam
• inaccurate
• vulgar
• adult material
• harassing
• obscene
• profane
• sexually oriented
• threatening
• invasive of a person's privacy
• in violation of ANY law
• defamatory
• illegal
• abusive
• hateful
• slander

Doing so will result in your account being suspended.

NOTE
If we have reason to believe that you are using the PM system for any of the above, or a complaint is made about you through your PM useage, we reserve the right to check your PM's and to hold and use them as proof if we need to contact your ISP. We also reserve the right to remove your PM priveleges at any time.
